Men don’t care about health stuff ! we truly don’t .. Some do .. but on the whole we are pretty bad about it . Whether it’s due to cultural beliefs or being tough c*nts or the fear of invasive physical exams . I dont like a prostate exam that much ( those who do . you do you ) guys just don’t like to get seen or even talk about health issues.

61% of men have neglected visiting a doctor even when they needed to go an even then some probably avoid it

On average, men die six years earlier than women and your bike will get parted out then !

Tragically, the leading cause of death for Australian men is suicide. Three out of four suicides are committed by men — that’s more than half a million men taking their own life each year, or one man every minute. 

The rate of prostate cancer is set to double in the next 15 years, and the rate of testicular cancer has already doubled in the last 50 years.

This is all fairly depressing and dark !

Movember gets men and women talking about the issues and how we can help and support each other into staying healthy . I wont be growing a Smokey and the bandit style Stache because it isnt pretty and I am not Tom Selleck.

I will however be getting into some very tight leathers and doing a ride around Victoria with a bunch of people on Sunday which is where all of you come in .
